Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those who need their kitchen tools sooner.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Sous Chef professional-grade cookware comes with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects to ensure the highest quality in your kitchen.
What is your return policy for unused items?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used cutlery and cookware cannot be returned.
Are your kitchen tools dishwasher safe?
While many of our stainless steel products are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing our high-carbon steel knives and wooden cutting boards to preserve their longevity.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Sous Chef ships to the continental United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. We are working on expanding our delivery zones soon.
